New Desks and Chairs for Agua Sucia School

The fence was locked and the teacher wasn’t there so we had to haul the furniture over the fence and into the school.

Agua Sucia School Before:
This rural school has been struggling to get by with the recent political developments in Honduras. There are 32 children in grades one and two here, ages six to nine years old. The World Bank has canceled credit to Honduras, meaning several teachers in the area are not being paid. The school’s teachers are continuing to work despite this and have humbly asked for assistance with desks.
